I can't say I am motivated to paint suburbs here in Sydney (which are huge...so many streets) but Strava heatmaps encouraged me to go explore! I have thought about doing your Everest challenge, but, doing hill repeats is less enjoyable than just to go riding (with a longer ride or a steep ascent thrown into the mix). Oddly, I have found myself hooked though, taking photos of my awesome bike leaning against stuff! (A page on Fb), and I constantly look for that next photo. Sydney has so much to offer - like riding the Blue Mountains or riding The 3 gorges, or through the Royal National Forest and an abundance of MTB trails. We are also spoilt with 9 months of great weather, but even 3 months of Winter can be done, as there are dry days spread throughout. Also due to our weather, we have outdoor crit racing on our famous Eastern Creek Dragstrip, as opposed to the confines of a velodrome. That and epic cycling events such as Sydney to Canberra or Sydney to Darwin, Spring Cycle etc etc. I am very excited to be doing the Sydney to Gong ride this Sunday!! Anyways, sorry for the long post, love this thing called cycling...."keep turning those cranks!"Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07815704317822254511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7894195099236501078.post-24316001958009441222017-11-02T07:39:24.980+13:002017-11-02T07:39:24.980+13:00Hey Groover, you can count me in for any fundraisi...Hey Groover, you can count me in for any fundraising effort !!
