My wife and I live in Taumarunui and rode the bottom half of the Timber Trail last year and have since purchased our own bikes and been riding ever since. We hope to get on the trail again soon. You might like to read about our trip on my blog: https://antonymillen.wordpress.com/2014/05/19/mountain-bikiing-the-timber-trail-in-pureora-forest/.

We have also ridden the Old Coach Road and I think you'll really enjoy it when you come back up our way. Here's my post about that trail as well. https://antonymillen.wordpress.com/2015/01/17/mountain-biking-the-old-coach-road-in-tongaririo-national-park/

I also appreciated your picture of the church at Upokongaro. This site features in one of my novels.

Kind regards,

AntonyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7894195099236501078.post-52621306255863795682015-06-03T23:05:22.735+12:002015-06-03T23:05:22.735+12:00You guys totally ROCK!You guys totally ROCK!Olihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12870524373958344954noreply@blogger.com
